HOURS OF OPERATION

Patients have the option to choose in-person care in our Hamilton clinic or virtual care via video. The Hamilton site is our only physical clinic location and is located at 414 Victoria Ave N. For patients in Ontario who choose not to attend in-person care in our Hamilton location, virtual care via video is available. Patients must select ONE of these formats when they start at the clinic, and continue to receive these types of appointments throughout their time at the Wharton Medical Clinic.

The doors to the Hamilton clinic are generally only open to patients when an in-person clinic is running. If patients are looking to stop by the Hamilton location, we would advise that you phone ahead of time to make sure the clinic doors are open.

Virtual care clinics (video) run most Mondays to Fridays within the hours of 9-4pm.

The clinic is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Phones and messages are checked throughout the day Monday to Friday from 9-4pm.
